My name is Phyllis Canosa and I am a librarian with 15 years experience working in a public library. For the past five years I've been helping my patrons research their genealogy using resources available at the public library. During that time, I've become fascinated with genealogy and in researching my own family history. I've continued my genealogy education both for my job and for my personal use. I recently completed, and received a certificate from, the highly-respected Genealogy Research Certificate program online through Boston University.
